Telegram to Your Second Brain

Pull your Telegram chats, text and automatically transcribed voice notes, into files for your brain. It all happens inside your Claude Code desktop app. No terminal, no commands, nothing to install by hand.

You do everything by talking to your Claude Code app. You never open a terminal or type a command. Claude does the work; you just answer a few questions and approve each step.

Save and unzip the file

Find the telegram-to-brain.zip that was sent to you.

Open your Claude Code desktop app

Tell Claude to do it

Copy this message and paste it into Claude:

In my Downloads folder I unzipped a folder called "telegram-to-brain".
Open the file READ-THIS-CLAUDE.md inside it and follow those instructions
to import my Telegram chats into my brain.
If you saved the folder somewhere other than Downloads, just say where instead. If Claude asks for the exact folder, you can drag the folder into the chat.

Answer Claude's questions

As it works, Claude will ask you three simple things:

If you use two-step verification, it will also ask for your Telegram password once. The login only happens the first time.

Approve, and you're done

The whole thing at a glance

Unzip the file  (Downloads is fine)
    Open your Claude Code app
       Paste the message from Step 3
          Answer: phone number, login code (from inside Telegram), which chats
             Approve each step
                Done , Claude tells you where your files are
If it gets stuck: just tell Claude what happened, or say "start again from the READ-THIS-CLAUDE.md file." It's safe to re-run , nothing is duplicated or broken.
Privacy. Everything runs on your own Mac and nothing is uploaded. Only the chats you name get imported. If you pick a group chat, it includes the other people's messages too, so choose the ones you actually want.
